Buying or Selling Your Home? Talk to a Real Estate Attorney First!

Buying or selling a home is likely the biggest financial transaction of your life. You need someone who understands the issues and problems, and who represents only you. While lenders, real estate agents, appraisers, and title companies may be involved in your transaction, only your attorney is ethically bound to have an undivided loyalty only to you. Consulting and Education

It is our first priority to make sure you understand your real estate transaction, as well as the importance of home ownership. With knowledge and information, it is much more likely you can avoid having someone take advantage of you in this financially important and emotionally charged transaction. Therefore, we are happy to offer educational programs about home ownership to any group, including first time homebuyer educational programs. Please contact us if you would like us to provide guidance to your company regarding RESPA compliance, TILA compliance.  We can also consult with your organization with regard to avoiding mortgage fraud and loan fraud.  We provide Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (Regulation X) or RESPA compliance consulting and Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z) or TILA compliance consulting.
